Clinical Trials Management, LLC is dedicated to the vision and mission of the company and has hired a management team with the expertise to implement this vision.

Clinical Trials Management, LLC has a network of Principal Investigators (Physicians) that have completed trials for more than 50 major pharmaceutical companies worldwide in Phase II, III, IV, post-marketing and Rx to OTC conversion clinical trials. The Principal Investigators have an average of ten years experience conducting clinical research studies and understand the importance of working with their Study Coordinators, Clinical Research Associates, and Research Project Managers to accomplish the goals set forth in the study protocols.

In coordination with our Principal Investigators, CTM is dedicated to the advancement of clinical research. Our team of experienced, dedicated professionals works directly with trial participants to render protocol specific patient care. CTM coordinators are ACRP trained with Good Clinical Practice in mind. Our Coordinators also attend Pharmaceutical and Clinical Research Organization (CRO) sponsored training programs to keep abreast of the latest protocols and methods.

Albright, Anthony Slidell Gastroenterology

Dr. Albright received his undergraduate degree in Biology from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. He received his Doctor of Medicine degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans. He completed his residency in internal medicine and fellowship in Gastroenterology at Ochsner Foundation Hospital in New Orleans. Dr. Albright obtained his Board Certification in Gastroenterology in 1991. He also maintains active memberships in The American College of Gastroenterology, The American Society of Gastroenterologists, The American Gastroenterological Association, and Louisiana State Medical Society. He has been a partner of Gastroenterology Group, AMC, since 1991.

Dulitz, David Metairie Gastroenterology

Dr. Dulitz received his medical degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine; he also completed his residency and fellowship Louisiana State University.  Dr. Dulitz is currently in private practice in Metairie. He has been conducting studies with CTM since 2005. Dr. Dulitz has conducted clinical research trials in the following areas: Hepatitis C, GERD, Ulcerative Colitis, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, and Crohn’s Disease. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology.

Guilbault, Robert Mandeville/Covington Internal Medicine

Dr. Guilbault received his medical degree from Louisiana State University with a residency at the University of Alabama. He is board certified in Family Practice. Dr. Guilbault is in private practice on the Northshore of New Orleans in Mandeville. 

Himel, Amy Metairie Internal Medicine

Dr. Himel earned her bachelor’s and medical degrees from LSU. She served at the LSU Health Sciences Center as an intern, resident, and chief resident. Her academic honors include an election into the Alpha Omega Alpha Academic Honor Society in her fourth year of medical school and the Hull-Akenhead Memorial Award for accomplishments with cardiovascular disease. She also received teaching awards from the Aesculapian Society and the LSU Internal Medicine Department. Dr. Himel has served as an instructor and hospitalist at the LSU School of Medicine, Tulane University Student Health Center, East Jefferson General Hospital in Metairie, and the Lallie Kemp Medical Center in Independence. She also served in private practice. She is board-certified in Internal Medicine and is the current Medical Director at Louisiana Health Care Connections/Centene Corporation in Baton Rouge, LA.

Jeansonne, Richard Mandeville/Covington Family Medicine

Dr. Jeansonne received his medical degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine.  He completed his residency at Lake Charles Memorial Hospital in Lake Charles, Louisiana.  He is board certified in Family Medicine with a background in Emergency Medicine

Jenkins, Lemuel Mandeville/Covington Gastroenterology

Dr. Jenkins received his undergraduate degree in biology with a minor in chemistry from the University of Mississippi in Oxford, Mississippi. He received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi. Upon graduation, Dr. Jenkins completed his residency training in internal medicine at the University Mississippi Medical Center. He completed his fellowship in gastroenterology and hepatology at Louisiana State University Medical Sciences Center in New Orleans. Dr. Jenkins is board certified in internal medicine, gastroenterology, and hepatology. He also maintains active memberships in The Louisiana State Medical Society, Louisiana Gastroenterology Society, The American College of Gastroenterology, The American Gastroenterology Association, and The American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy. Dr. Jenkins has been a partner of Gastroenterology Group, AMC since 2012 and has been working on clinical research trials since 2018.

Koppel, Douglas Metairie Dermatology

Dr. Koppel received his undergraduate degree from Duke University. He received his Doctor of Medicine degree from Tulane University School of Medicine, where he also completed his internship and residency. He is board-certified in Dermatology, specializing in conditions of the hair, skin, and nails, and Dermatologic Surgery. Dr. Koppel has been in practice since 2003 and is affiliated with West Jefferson Medical Center and East Jefferson General Hospital. Dr. Koppel has been working on clinical research trials since 2008.

Koppel, Robert Metairie Dermatology

Dr. Koppel received his undergraduate degree from Yale University and his medical degree from Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, where he also completed his residency.  Dr. Koppel is board certified in Dermatology and has experience in dermatologic clinical trials since 1999.  He is in private practice in Metairie, and is also a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Dermatology at Tulane University School of Medicine. 

Phillips, Ricky Metairie Internal Medicine
An Air Force veteran with over 20 years of healthcare experience, Dr. Phillips is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Because no two patients are alike, he takes a holistic approach to treatment with a focus on individualizing a health and wellness plan based upon each person’s goal and needs. He has written several health-related articles for and been interviewed by local magazines and has also appeared on the local news promoting the Paleo Diet. He completed his Associate of Science in Nursing at Pensacola Community College, both Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing (Family Nurse Practitioner) at Loyola University New Orleans, his Doctor of Nursing Practice at Chatham University, and his Doctor of Traditional Naturopathy from Trinity College of Natural Health. He additionally completed a fellowship at Metabolic and Nutritional Medicine through the Metabolic Medical Institute
Landry, William Nicholas Mandeville/Covington Obstetrics & Gynecology
Born in New Orleans, Louisiana, Dr. Landry is a graduate of Louisiana State University School of Medicine. Drawn to the Northshore for its central location and culture, Dr. Landry started his Covington practice in 1988. He has served as Vice-Chairman of the Board at Lakeview Hospital for 17 years, Vice-Chairman at Fairway Hospital for 18 years, and as a board member of the Tiger Athletic Foundation for over a decade. He is board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and continues his education through research, seminars, and training to remain informed about medical advancements.
Rabito, Felix Mandeville/Covington Gastroenterology

Dr. Rabito Jr. received his undergraduate degree in biology from Tulane University in New Orleans. Dr. Rabito graduated with research honors in biology and finished his publication theses in freshwater biology in 1985. He received his Doctor of Medicine degree from Louisiana State University Medical Sciences Center in New Orleans.  Upon graduation, Dr. Rabito completed his residency at the University of Texas Health and Science Center. He finished his fellowship in GI and Hepatology at the University of Texas. Dr. Rabito obtained his board certification in gastroenterology in 1997 and recertified in 2007. He maintains active memberships in The American College of Gastroenterology, The American Society of Gastroenterologists, The American Gastroenterological Association, and Louisiana State Medical Society. He has practiced in the Covington area since 1995 and has been a partner of Gastroenterology Group, AMC, since 1999.

Ranney, Nathaniel Mandeville/Covington Gastroenterology

Dr. Ranney received a bachelor's of science degree in Biochemistry from Louisiana State University-Baton Rouse and his Doctorate of Medicine from Louisiana State University-New Orleans.  After graduation from medical school, he completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) in Birmingham, Alabama. Dr. Ranney received his board certification in Internal Medicine in 2012.  He completed a fellowship in Gastroenterology and Hepatology at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) in Charleston, South Carolina.  Dr. Ranney also completed advanced endoscopic training and is proficient in Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS), Endoscopic Mucosal Resection (EMR), mucosal ablation, and Barrett's esophagus treatment.  He received his board certification in Gastroenterology and Hepatology in 2015. He maintains active membership in the American College of Gastroenterology, American Gastroenterology Association, and the American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy.

Rodriguez, Allison Metairie Gynecology

Dr. Rodriguez attended the University of New Orleans for her undergraduate degree in biological sciences and received her Doctorate of Medicine from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans. She completed her internship and residency at LSU Health Sciences Center in Obstetrics and Gynecology, where she served as chief resident. She is a native of New Orleans and has relocated back home from the Austin, Texas area, where she was in private practice for 14 years. Dr. Rodriguez is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and has been working on clinical research trials since 2017.

Stewart, Martha Mandeville/Covington Dermatology

Dr. Stewart received her Doctorate of Medicine from Tulane University School of Medicine. She then completed her internship and residency, in dermatology, at Louisiana State University Medical Center in New Orleans. In her final year of residency, Dr. Stewart received the honor of winning the Louisiana Dermatological Society's Peterkin Award for the outstanding resident research project. She is a published author, has given several lectures at local and regional meetings, and has provided free informational seminars to the public on various topics, such as skin cancer awareness and the latest in cosmetic procedures. She is Board Certified in Dermatology and has been working on clinical research trials for over 20 years.

Tydings, Albert Mandeville/Covington Obstetrics & Gynecology

Dr. Tydings received his medical degree from University of New York Upstate Medical Center Medical School. He completed his OB/GYN residency at Nassau County Medical Center in East Meadow, New York. He is currently in private practice in Covington. He has been conducting clinical trials specializing in female health care since 2002. He is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Cynthia C. Kessler, BS, MBA CEO
Cynthia brings 25 years of experience in quality management principles and practices to support the company’s mission of excellence in clinical trials management. Prior to her work with CTM, she served as a trainer for a Boston based firm conducting training in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. This experience helps her understand the full circle of the business. She has extensive successful small business expertise and was elected and served as a delegate to the White House conference on Small Business. Her accomplishments demonstrate expertise in organizational development and leadership, quality management and good clinical practices. She provides professional management and leadership for CTM. She is responsible for developing new business opportunities and strategic alliances. She received her BS from Louisiana State University and her MBA from Loyola University.
She is a member of several industry organizations including Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP) and Drug Information Association (DIA) keeping up on current topics relating to industry trends.
Charlene Crane Babin, BS Operations Manager
Charlene has over 25 years experience in the clinical research industry. She participates in all aspects of the coordination of clinical trials. From the initial trial startup and Institutional Review Board (IRB) submission to the closeout for each trial, Charlene directs the implementation of smooth and effective standard operating procedures. Her accomplishments demonstrate expertise in regulatory compliance, project management, and IRB submission. She is also responsible for office and personnel management for CTM. She earned her BS from the University of Phoenix in Business Management.
Wendy B. Daigle, BA Director of Clinical Operations 
Wendy joined our team in January 2006.  Her background as the Program Director of an inpatient Alzheimer’s Unit and her work in various caregiver programs have contributed to her excellence in patient care.  Wendy has over 10 years of research experience and was a member of the LSU Healthcare research team in Geriatric Psychiatry prior to joining CTM.   Her responsibilities as Director of Clinical Operations include all aspects of the development and coordination of pharmaceutical research studies including study startup and closure with Sponsor and Institutional Review Board (IRB), and oversight of recruitment, screening and enrolling of study participants.  Her accomplishments demonstrate expertise in ensuring quality patient care, strict regulatory compliance, and effective project management.  She has also served several terms as Secretary of ACRP.  Wendy earned her BA from the University of New Orleans.
Sandi Bailey, MA Clinical Research Coordinator
Sandi has a background as a Medical Assistant and Laboratory Technician with a total of 20 years of experience in the medical field. She is a National Certified Medical Assistant and also a certified Laboratory Technician. Sandi is responsible for the overall coordination of all pharmaceutical research studies on the Northshore. Her tasks include recruitment, screening, enrollment of study participants and quality care. Her experience includes 10 years at North Oaks Medical Center as a Histology Technician Assistant and four years running the Coumadin and Lipid Clinic at Cardiovascular Associates. Sandi earned her degrees at Delgado Community College.
Rose Roche Clinical Research Coordinator
Rose joined our team in January 2013.  She has over 10 years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator in Oncology and was certified by ACRP in 2010 as a CCRC.  Her expertise of patient care in the private practice and hospital setting add a new and welcome dynamic to our research department.   She assists in the overall coordination of several multi-therapeutic pharmaceutical research studies, including the recruitment, screening and enrolling of study participants, dispensing study drugs and other clinical supplies.  Rose earned her degree at Eastern College of Health Vocations.
Ciara Bernard BS, NPR Study Coordinator
Ciara joined our team in October of 2017. She has over 10 years of experience in patient care including emergency medicine, general practice, and clinical research. Ciara has two Bachelor of Science degrees from Nicholls State University. She is a Nationally Registered Paramedic and a Certified Athletic Trainer. She assists in the overall coordination of several multi-therapeutic pharmaceutical research studies, including the recruitment, screening and enrolling of study participants, and dispensing study drugs and other clinical supplies.
Christina Majesty, LPN Study Coordinator
Christina joined our team in 2018. She has over 5 years’ experience as a practical nurse in the medical field. Her expertise of patient care in a clinical setting adds a new dynamic to our research department. Her experience includes 5 years in pain management working both in the clinical setting and as supervisor of the practice. She assists in the overall coordination of several multi-therapeutic pharmaceutical research studies, including the recruitment, screening and enrolling of study participants, dispensing study drugs and other clinical supplies. Christina earned her degree at Delta College.
Carrie Licciardi Marketing & Business Development
Carrie is responsible for building new relationships through business development as well as fostering current relationships. She is also responsible for the company’s brand and marketing strategy and community awareness.  She has extensive experience in sales and marketing and is excited to join the healthcare industry. 
Sarah Fairbanks Clinical Research Recruiter
Sarah is responsible for all aspects of patient recruitment, retention, and advertising. She is in charge of the CTM call center and screens potential participants for trials. Sarah’s background as a customer service representative and account manager help her manage the expectations of callers and the public that are not familiar to clinical trials. She is thorough in the evaluation of potential participants using the inclusion and exclusion criteria for each trial. She only sets appointments for those who qualify which saves time by eliminating wasted visits for individuals who do not qualify. Sarah attended Tulane University in New Orleans.
Sherri Knoepfler Controller 

Sherri is responsible for all aspects of accounting and financial reporting for CTM. Sherri has extensive qualifications and experience working with small businesses managing all accounting, financial and reporting requirements. 

Madison Wulff, BS Business Development Coordinator
Madison is responsible for developing new business opportunities and relationships for Clinical Trials Management. She also finds research studies for CTM and works with the Marketing Team to reach out and educate the community about new studies and treatments. Madison has a background in business and received her BS from Louisiana State University.
John Botto, BS Media Consultant
John is responsible for all aspects of media development for CTM. From print ads in the newspaper, small publications and flyers to radio and television advertising, John manages the media. He ensures the messages are developed with IRB approved materials. He monitors the placement and scheduling of advertising for all trials and corporate public relations.
